Bev Loubser was admitted as an Attorney in 1997 and began practising for her own account in 2004, when she left a large law firm to create a more acceptable work/home balance and spend more time with her two small children. Her practice has grown over the years and she now functions as the principal attorney of a firm of legal practitioners.
Bev received her Right of Appearance in the High Court in 2002 and was admitted as a Conveyancer and Notary in 2003.
Bev has practised as a Family and Divorce Mediator since 2008 and is an accredited member of SAAM; she also holds an accreditation from Conflict Dynamics and CEDR (UK) as a Commercial Mediator (2016) and is on the panel of Court Annexed Mediators for Civil Mediation.
Bev’s impressive list of mediation training and expertise positions her as the perfect ADR practitioner.
Bev heads up the Family and Divorce Department at Bev Loubser Attorneys and the General Management of the firm. Her strengths as a mediator often help her client avoid a lot of heartache and trauma.
Bev has a real passion for assisting people who are transitioning through a divorce, which includes the difficulties that can flow therefrom, e.g.: contact with children, maintenance etc. Bev’s primary focus is the rights of children and ensuring that the parties to a divorce focus on what is in their best interest.
